This policy covers krometis.com, operated by Krometis & Associates, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“K&A”, “we”). It explains what we collect when you visit or contact us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to work with you.
- The site assistant. If you use the chat on this site, your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate replies. If you choose to share your contact details and project information, a summary is emailed to our team so a person can follow up. We don't use chat messages for advertising.
- Basic analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic, such as pages viewed and general location. It uses cookies. You can block these in your browser or with Google's opt-out tool.
- Client portal. Our billing portal is private and for our own use. It holds invoicing records for our clients and is not used for marketing.
How we use it
To answer inquiries, plan and deliver our services, send invoices, keep our records, and keep this site running and secure. We don't sell or rent personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run the business, such as our website host, email delivery, accounting software and the AI provider behind the site assistant, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the purposes above, and as long as tax and business records require.
